Our apprenticeship scheme offers work-based learning and development opportunities which are designed around the needs of the Company and is available to people of all ages.
Apprenticeships lead to nationally recognised qualifications delivered by approved external training providers and are funded through the Government’s Apprenticeship Levy.
Are of different lengths, depending on the skill types and levels required and can range between one to four years in duration;
Are available in a range of technical and professional areas;
Have flexible entry levels, dependant on the role and can lead to higher qualification levels.
There are a range of qualifications and personal qualities that we look for when recruiting for our apprenticeship scheme.
Qualifications
5 GCSEs at A-C grade or above (including Maths, English, Science or an equivalent related qualification)
Personal qualities
Hardworking and enthusiastic, with excellent interpersonal skills
Positive attitude to work
Can accept personal responsibility
Committed
A good team player
A person who sets high standards and strives to meet them
